At Centrepiece, our primary goal is to provide an inclusive and accessible experience that caters to the needs of all our guests.

To achieve this, we have implemented a range of accessibility initiatives to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy their time at our venue. 

  • Our venue ensures step-free access throughout, with ramps and lifts available to access all spaces and facilities. 
  • We provide accessible parking and designated drop-off points for guests with mobility needs. 
  • For individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, we offer assistive listening technology in the form of a hearing loop system. 
  • To assist guests with visual impairments, we have installed braille wayfinding signage and created facilities that are guide dog friendly. 
  • Centrepiece features dedicated accessible restrooms, including a ‘Changing Places’ facility that meets the specific requirements for individuals with complex needs. 
  • Registered assistance dogs are warmly welcomed in our venue, ensuring that guests with service animals can comfortably attend our events.
  • Centrepiece features a dedicated multi-faith prayer room, providing a welcoming, inclusive space for guests of different faiths and beliefs, which is located via the Pre-Function Area opposite the Parents Room.
