‘Tis the season for new cocktails! To mark this year’s festive season, CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park has revealed a brand-new cocktail menu.
The bespoke range of summer drinks brings Victoria’s best artisan distillers together with fresh ingredients from the venue’s onsite kitchen garden to create cocktails that make any event worth remembering.
The menu stars refreshing twists on classics, championing local liquors from alcohol stalwarts Melbourne Gin Company, Grainshaker and Starward.
From the Melbourne Martini – featuring Grainshaker Corn Vodka, Little Drippa Double and Simple Syrup, to the Port Star Sour – a red-currant liqueur paired with Starward Two-Fold Whiskey from Port Melbourne – the exclusive menu carries through the Victoria-first focus that strongly underpins CENTREPIECE’s philosophy.
Melbourne & Olympic Park’s Head of Food and Beverage, Rachel Dolan: “Cocktails are a summer staple for so many and we wanted to create a new bespoke drinks menu synonymous with our Victorian location. The playful drink names pay homage to the festive season and celebrate summer in our state, raising a glass to all the things that make Melbourne magic.
“Partnering with brands like Starward and Grainshaker to bring these to life was important, as we’re focused on collaborating with brands who have a rich local heritage and allow us to offer up uniquely local event experiences that embody all the things that make Victoria great.”
The cocktail menu feels right at home at CENTREPIECE, in close proximity to many of Melbourne’s culinary landmarks, while the paddock-to-pour, Victoria-first philosophy provides a unique take on the traditional tipples.

Bam Bam Rum base with coconut, pineapple and orange with a touch of nutmeg.
SOUTHERN SUNSET SPRITZ
(inspired by the APEROL SPRITZ)
Classic spritz with Victorian sparkling wine and a splash of soda.
WATERMELON SUGAR SIGH
(inspired by the WATERMELON MOJITO)
Bam Bam Rum and watermelon syrup to elevate the mojito.
THE PORT STAR SOUR
(inspired by the REDCURRANT WHISKY SOUR)
Starward Two-Fold whiskey rounded off with redcurrant liqueur.
THE ESPRESSO SHAKER
(inspired by the ESPRESSO MARTINI)

The festive cocktails are in good company, with the wider beverage menu featuring an extensive range of Victorian-produced choices, including locally brewed craft beer from Moon Dog, Victorian wines from Brown Family Wine Group and Mitchelton, premium mineral water and mixers from CAPI, and of course, quintessentially-Melbourne espresso coffee from Industry Beans.
