The warmer days and lighter evenings lend themselves to networking over good food and drinks. At CENTREPIECE, the change in seasons means a new menu focused on fresh seasonal produce. The new Spring Summer menu is no exception, with a Victorian-first menu served in a way that fosters connection.

Our menu has been carefully curated to brighten your meetings, conferences, lunches and dinners with innovative dishes that inspire and delight.

Sustainability & Seasonality

Sustainability is important to us at CENTREPIECE, so we’ve gone above and beyond to ensure this menu prioritises local ingredients and a Victorian-first approach.   

Using seasonal produce allows us to minimise food miles and work with nature to create delicious dishes. We’ve poured over every detail of the supply chain to use traceable ingredients that are clean, both in terms of health and their impact on our planet.

We limit our footprint by harvesting rainwater for irrigation and treating our food waste organically. 

Foodie options for every occasion

The Spring Summer menu features something for everyone. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, conference or gala dinner, we have food and beverage selections that will magnify the experience of your guests. 

Between breaks, your guests will have the option to grab sweet and savoury snacks like our mini poached chicken rolls, shrimp sliders and a slice of our irresistible carrot and walnut cake. Paired with Victorian tea or bean-to-cup coffee, your guests will be refreshed throughout your event.

For lunch options, our business lunches feature a harvest board filled with cured meats, specialty cheese and grilled vegetables. Alongside the harvest board, you’ll find our chef’s selection of sandwiches and a selection of delicious, sweet treats. For those on the go, we’ve got pre-packaged lunch boxes that are ideal for busy schedules.

When it comes to dinner, our dinner menu is a celebration of Victoria. Using the very best produce, let our team take you on a culinary journey of Victoria from Melbourne to Gippsland, the Yarra Valley and beyond.
