Melbourne Park’s premier events and conferences destination, CENTREPIECE, has unveiled its new Autumn Winter Menu, which promises to showcase the best Victorian produce, from Melbourne to Gippsland, the Yarra Valley and beyond.
Guests will be taken on a culinary journey that captures the remaining warmth of autumn with bright and refreshing dishes, continuing into the heart of winter featuring rustic, homely favourites with a sophisticated modern twist.
The menu has been designed with sustainability and versatility in mind, and reflects CENTREPIECE’s commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and event planners alike. The menu showcases local farmers, growers and suppliers from across Victoria, reducing food miles and footprint in the process, and has been designed to suit events of all shapes and sizes – from a meeting in one of the venue’s studios, to a conference or gala dinner in the Grand Hall.
Executive chef at Melbourne Park, Alex McIntosh said his team are dedicated to showcasing the very best of seasonal, ethical and sustainably-farmed Victorian produce, whilst delivering the highest quality experiences for his guests.
“My culinary philosophy centres around celebrating a hero ingredient in each dish while crafting supporting elements that embody elegance, precision, and contemporary techniques.”
“Our new Autumn Winter Menu reflects this philosophy, highlighting the essence of each ingredient and a deep appreciation for the flavours of our local landscape to create dishes that are innovative and a tribute to our local produce.”
Menu highlights include:
All packages are complimented with the best drinks Victoria has to offer, from Mitchelton wines and St Andrews Beach Brewery beers and cider to CAPI sparkling drinks and locally roasted Lavazza coffee.
